During the presentation, Asst Prof Dr. Chedtha Puncreobutr, CTO and co-founder of Meticuly, delivered a striking clinical truth: millions of patients undergo surgery every year with implants that were never designed for their unique anatomy.

At the intersection of surgical precision and capital market growth, Meticuly recently took the stage at LiVEx, an initiative by the Thailand Securities Institute (TSI) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). As a company "Built for the Body and Built for the World," the event served as a platform to showcase Meticuly as the first and only Thai MedTech firm to achieve AI-driven regulatory approvals across the US, UK, EU, and Southeast Asia.

Ending the "One-Size-Fits-All" Compromise

During the presentation, Asst Prof Dr. Chedtha Puncreobutr, CTO and co-founder of Meticuly, delivered a striking clinical truth: millions of patients undergo surgery every year with implants that were never designed for their unique anatomy.

Since its founding in 2017 as a spin-off from Chulalongkorn University, Meticuly has utilised 3d printing and in-house AI engines to end this compromise. By manufacturing a Patient-Specific Implant, Meticuly ensures that cranial, maxillofacial, and orthopedic solutions are custom-built from a patient’s own CT scan, meeting the highest global quality standards.

Proven Global Scale and Regulatory Excellence

Meticuly is no longer a startup chasing a vision; it is a market leader with a defensible and proven clinical track record:

The headline innovation shared with LiVEx investors was Meticuly’s world-first "Factory-in-a-Box." Currently deployed at the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, this modular unit utilises point-of-care 3D printing to produce a fully approved Patient-Specific Implant in under 24 hours, on-site, directly next to the surgical theater.

This technology eliminates logistics delays and allows for rapid-response surgery without sacrificing the rigorous quality required by international regulatory bodies.

A Future Built on Strategic Partnership

We extend our sincere appreciation to MAI President Prapan Charoenprawatt and Prof. Kitipong Urapeepatanapong, Chairman of the Thailand Securities Institute (TSI), for the invitation to participate in this milestone event at the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

LiVEx marks the beginning of Meticuly’s next chapter—taking Thai-engineered AI and 3d printing to the global healthcare market.
