IP as the Bridge from Knowledge to Impact of patient specific implant

The panel addressed how a robust IP strategy is essential for attracting investment and building long-term enterprise value. Sharing his personal journey and Meticuly's story, our CEO emphasised a core belief: "Education opens the doors to opportunities, but it is intellectual property and entrepreneurship that create the bridges to turn knowledge into impact."

He explained how this philosophy was central to commercialising Meticuly's core technology. By building a strong IP portfolio around the entire 3D printing workflow, Meticuly provides life-changing solutions for complex procedures, from cranioplasty to Orthognathic Surgery. This protected innovation in the Patient-Specific Implant has enabled the company to attract investors with confidence and build a sustainable global business.

The discussion affirmed that for deep-tech companies, integrating IP into a long-term strategy is the fundamental driver of growth, allowing innovations like the Patient-Specific Implant to reach patients worldwide.
